Bouwbedrijf R. Vlieland is a contractor in Zwaag, based at Paardenweide 39. Zwaag is our home base. We know the streets, the houses and the way the village has grown over the years. For a renovation, an extension or maintenance on your home, we are there quickly.
Zwaag is part of the municipality of Hoorn and lies right next to the town. The old village sits alongside newer residential areas and the new housing towards Hoorn. That makes for a varied picture, from an old village house or stolp farmhouse to a home only a few years old. We are a flexible organisation, where quality is matched to your wishes and your budget comes first.
Because we are based in Zwaag, the lines are short. A quick question, an extra check or looking at a detail together is easily arranged. Your project is managed from start to finish by the same project manager, so you never have to tell your story twice.
We work with a large network of tradespeople, each with their own speciality. This allows us to take on a complete project, from the drawings and the permit to the final finish.
In and around Zwaag there are still several stolp farmhouses, the well-known West Frisian farm type with its pyramid-shaped roof. Certainly. We work throughout West Friesland and the rest of North Holland, and beyond where needed. Zwaagdijk, Wognum and Westwoud are about ten minutes away by car.
With many projects you can, especially with an extension where most of the work happens outside. We agree beforehand on dust, noise and the moments when water or power needs to be switched off. Read tips in renovating while you live there.
Yes, if you wish. We can provide a complete package, from the drawings and the environmental permit (omgevingsvergunning) to the construction. For Zwaag, an application goes through the Omgevingsloket to the municipality of Hoorn.
