We work in the historic town centre and in the neighbourhoods around it, with one dedicated project manager who oversees your project from start to finish. Alkmaar is known for its cheese market and the canals in the centre, but most homes are in the neighbourhoods around it. Overdie, De Mare and Daalmeer were each built in a different period and therefore each call for their own approach. We first look at your home and your budget, and then draw up a plan that fits.
The centre of Alkmaar has many buildings with a long history, some of which are listed. There, the work is about careful repair: frames, façades and woodwork that suit the original character. We also take on maintenance and restoration, keeping the appearance of the building intact.

As a rule 21% on labour and materials. An exception is the reduced rate of 9% on labour for insulating homes older than two years. If in doubt, check it and read renovation and VAT.
