BeforeAfter
Andijk is a long village along the IJsselmeer dike, known for horticulture. Since 2011 it has been part of the municipality of Medemblik. Many homes stand along the main road or on spacious plots, with open views over the land or the water. From Zwaag we are there in about 20 minutes. As a contractor in Andijk we mainly build extensions: a rear extension, a garage or a veranda that lets you enjoy the outdoors for longer.
On a spacious plot, more is often possible than in a village centre. Adding a garage next to the house makes room for a car, bikes or a workshop, and it can later be joined to the house if you wish. A rear extension makes the living room or kitchen larger and lighter.
An extension is exposed to wind and weather all year round. Good insulation of floor, walls and roof is therefore no luxury. In insulating an extension you can read which choices there are.
With the IJsselmeer nearby, it is often quite windy in Andijk. A veranda or conservatory lets you sit outside even then. We build verandas and conservatories in uPVC and in traditional styles. For a rough indication, see veranda costs.
That depends on the location, the size and the zoning plan of the municipality of Medemblik. An outbuilding in the rear yard area is permit-free under certain conditions. Always check with the municipality or through the Omgevingsloket.
Yes, that is possible. We demolish the existing structure, lay a new foundation and build the extension or garage to your wishes. One project manager guides the whole process.
Among others Medemblik, Bovenkarspel and the rest of the Enkhuizen region.
