That depends entirely on the situation, the dimensions and your wishes. An alteration is not done overnight: there are usually a few months of thinking involved. We visit free of charge and then prepare a clear quote. A first indication is in what an extension costs.

In most cases, yes. We agree in advance which rooms are worked on when, so the disruption is kept to a minimum. More tips in renovating while you live there.
